Shipping & Terms
I try to show all my products as true to life as I can, however, please check measurements before ordering. I try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible but there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography. Please contact me if you have any specific questions about an item and I'll be happy to help.
Shipping & Delivery
If ordering multiple pieces I will package them as safely and securely as possible together if space allows and shipping overages will be reimbursed. It's paramount that your order arrives safely and intact. I ship all items with tracking and signature for peace of mind.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you do not re-arrange delivery and the order is returned to the studio I may have to charge you for any further delivery costs.
Customs, Duty & VAT
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in my pottery prices or shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties fees vary by country and are based on the value of the order and the type of pottery being shipped.
I strongly advise customers to familiarise themselves with their country's customs and duties policies before placing an order. It is important to note that customs and duties fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned to me.
Do keep in mind that you will need to pay any fees prior to delivery of your order. In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs and duties fees and the order is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the pottery minus any shipping fees and customs and duties fees that were incurred
Returns
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. I will refund any item which arrives damaged as long as you provide me with a photo of the damaged item within seven days of receipt. (I haven’t had a breakage in the last 4 years of sending out parcels).
To initiate a return, please email info@kceramicsstudio.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to me.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once I have received your returned item(s), I will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Issues
If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address or the parcel wasn’t collected from the post office in time then there would be a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.
